Our library is named after Ybyrai Altynsarin! By the decision of the executive committee of the Kostanay City Council of People's Deputies of 18.01.91, the Regional Youth Library was named after Ybyrai Altynsarin: "In connection with the upcoming anniversary of our countryman, outstanding teacher, educator Ybyrai Altynsarin, taking into account the petition of the staff of the regional youth library and the city organization of the society "Kazak Tili", the Executive Committee of the City Council of People's Deputies DECIDED: to assign the regional youth library the name of Ybyrai Altynsarin."

Since then, we have been proud to bear his name and try to collect all the material about this man in our funds. Ybyrai Altynsarin has been engaged in education all his life, and our library also performs this function. By the way, Y. Altynsarin was also engaged in the opening of libraries.
